Many people contact our office in search of getting a Certified Copy of a document or to Notarize their signature on a document.
We can certify copies of any original document in English or French. It must be apparent that it is an Original document and not a copy being copied and certified. Our fee is $30 for the first document and an additional $5 for each additional copy certified at the same time (plus tax).
Notarizations can be done for any individual who has government photo id, and who signs the document in our offices before a lawyer. Typical wording of documents requiring notarization, is that “Mr./Mrs. X appeared before me on the ___ day of ____, 2020 and executed the foregoing document in my presence”. Our fee is $35 for the first signature notarized and an additional $5 for each additional signature notarized at the same time for the same individual (plus tax).
