Philip’s practice has centered in the areas of Family Law, Real Estate, Wills and Estates and Civil Litigation.
He brings that experience together with his previous work as a Real Estate Agent, and his work as an authour for LexisNexis (a legal publisher).
Philip obtained a Bachelor of Science from St. Mary’s University before attending Dalhousie Law School and obtaining his Bachelor of Laws.
Philip maintains a long standing involvement with Gymnastics Nova Scotia, and Titans Gymnastics and Trampoline Club,.
Co-authour of the Legal Writing and Research Manual (6th, 7th and 8th editions) for LexisNexis.

Thomas Dulong, B.Sc. J.D.
Tom practices in the areas of Family Law, Real Estate Law, Wills and Estates, and Civil Litigation.
Tom is an avid runner and participant in the Halifax Sport and Social Club Floor Hockey League. He has participated in Halifax’s annual Blue Nose Marathon events and likes to stay active.
He obtained a Bachelor of Science from St. Mary’s University before attending Dalhousie Law School where he obtained his Juris Doctorate.
